There are several reasons your bank account may not be able to link at this time. When linking your account make sure:
- You are using the correct credentials to access your external bank account. This will be the same username and password you use to login to your financial institution's mobile app or online banking.
- The personal information on your Ambition Card matches that on the bank account you are linking.
- Your bank's multi-factor settings on your financial account may be incompatible or may need to be disabled to connect your account. Please contact your financial institution to find out more about disabling this feature.
