How do I log into my account to manage my loan online (i.e. make payments, update contact info, etc.)?

There are 2 ways to manage your loan online:

Website: https://www.collegeaveservicing.com
Mobile app: Download the College Ave from the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™ Store.

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one. You'll pick your own username and password. You'll use the same log in credentials for both the website and the mobile app.
