Undergraduate and graduate students receive a grace period before full principal and interest payments begin. The grace period varies by product and starts when the school reports that the student has graduated, is enrolled less than half-time, or withdrawn.
• If the student re-enrolls before the grace period ends, they won't be required to make full payments.
• If the student re-enrolls after the grace period ends but within 12 months, we will retroactively apply the in-school deferment and they will get a full grace period upon graduation
